Flax Place, Leeds – Project Update
Progress continues across the Flax Place development as we move into the new year.
Block A has now commenced internal trades, with drylining and mechanical and electrical (M&E) works underway. Block B has progressed to Level 14, with the final slab completed during the week commencing 19th January.
SFS installation is ongoing, with Block A reaching Level 10 and Block B Level 8.
Briggs & Forrester have begun the M&E installation, while Stoneguard are progressing the external brick-slip façade. Internal partition works are also underway by SAL.
We would like to apologise for any disruption caused by ongoing activity at Flax Place. Works relating to the district heating connection are expected to be completed in the week commencing 9th February.
We also anticipate removing one of the tower cranes in March, with further details to be provided in the next newsletter.
