The scheme comprises two towers; an 11-storey block now at Level 4 and a 15-storey block at Level 3. The attenuation tank is installed, and lower ground-floor works are nearing completion ahead of the podium slab works.
In the coming weeks, we’ll focus on logistics for Advance Glass to begin façade installation. Structural frame progress continues, and SFS installation will commence in August alongside ongoing M&E, masonry, brick-slip fitting and partition works.
